By accessing, registering with, or using the 8bd9 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 8bd9 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 8bd9 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

To register and use 8bd9 you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 8bd9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8bd9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, pending balances may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You must notify 8bd9 promptly if any registration information changes. 8bd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bd9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8bd9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify 8bd9 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

All deposits must be made through payment methods approved and listed by 8bd9. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 8bd9 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your 8bd9 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallet transactions.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your 8bd9 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 8bd9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. 8bd9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been satisfied.

Any attempt to defraud 8bd9 through fraudulent payment methods, false chargebacks, or any other dishonest act will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. 8bd9 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses incurred as a result of fraudulent activity through all available legal channels.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 8bd9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In all cases where bonus funds are awarded, a wagering requirement applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

8bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet used will be removed from affected accounts. Winnings already generated and cleared of wagering requirements will not be affected by a cancellation.

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, coordinated play strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any practice that 8bd9 determines in good faith to constitute bonus abuse — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

8bd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, or where required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory requirement. Upon closure of an account, any genuine funds belonging to the player and not subject to forfeiture will be returned via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts properly owed to 8bd9.

8bd9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 8bd9 will endeavour to notify registered players by publishing a notice on the platform. The updated terms will be effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of the 8bd9 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
